Bipasha Minocha

Bipasha is the driving force behind brand development, marketing strategy and admissions across the EtonHouse Education Group, including the growth and positioning of Middleton International School. As a key member of the senior leadership team, she oversees brand strategy, enrolment and customer experience across the Group’s network of preschools, international schools and enrichment programmes.

Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping Middleton’s identity as an accessible international school that combines strong academic foundations with a focus on wellbeing and future-ready learning. By strategically differentiating the Group’s school offerings, she has helped expand educational opportunities for families across both premium and more accessible international school segments.

Bipasha has also led the digital transformation of marketing and parent engagement across the organisation, introducing data-driven strategies, content-led engagement and inbound methodologies supported by AI and emerging technologies.

In 2024, she expanded her role to spearhead REACH, the international network partner for Reggio Children, leading advocacy and professional learning initiatives across Singapore, China and the wider region.

With a strong background in education, Bipasha brings together business strategy and pedagogical understanding in her work. This perspective continues to shape how schools such as Middleton create meaningful learning environments while building strong, engaged communities.
